This document is an electronic record as defined under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the applicable rules made thereunder. It has been generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. It contains the terms of use, privacy policy, and rules and regulations governing the access and use of S For Shaadi (referred to as the "Website" and "App").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE OR APP. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Website or App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the S For Shaadi Website or App, or any services offered by Roald Software Solutions Private Limited. These Terms also include and incorporate any applicable policies as amended and updated from time to time.

i.“S For Shaadi Member” refers to any person accessing or using the Website or App and its services, including but not limited to the prospective bride or groom, or a family member such as a father, mother, brother, sister, relative, or friend (collectively referred to as the "Registrant").

ii.The terms “You” or “User” may be used interchangeably with “S For Shaadi Member”.

iii.“S For Shaadi Services” refers to the services made available through the Website or App by Roald Software Solutions Private Limited.

About the Company

S For Shaadi is a service owned and operated by Roald Software Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 with CIN: U74999TG2018PTC128175, and having its registered office at A/P P NO 11 & 12, 206, SRI S RESIDENCY OLD BOWENPALLY, HYDERABAD 500011, Telangana, India.

Scope

You acknowledge and agree that S For Shaadi functions as an "Intermediary" as defined under Section 2(1)(w) of the Information Technology Act, 2000. S For Shaadi is a brand owned and operated by Roald Software Solutions Private Limited, which holds full ownership and rights over the S For Shaadi name, platform, website, mobile application, and the services offered.

S For Shaadi operates as a digital platform designed to help individuals voluntarily register and search for potential, lawful matrimonial matches from its database of registered users. To register, users are required to provide valid information, including a working mobile number and email address.

User profiles on the platform are broadly categorized by language and region to simplify and enhance the browsing experience. Registration and profile browsing are free of charge. However, if a user wishes to initiate contact or connect with another member, a payment may be required for that specific interaction.

C. If you are creating or managing a profile on behalf of someone else (such as a family member or friend), you confirm that you have obtained their full consent to do so and to access or use the S For Shaadi platform on their behalf.

2. Registration

A. When registering on S For Shaadi, you are expected to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information, including recent photographs of yourself. This helps ensure that your profile accurately reflects your preferences and assists in genuine matchmaking.

If S For Shaadi requires additional details to improve your matchmaking experience, you agree to provide the requested information. You may also fill in your contact details during our promotional campaigns, allowing our customer support team to reach out and assist you with registration.

To enhance your chances of finding a suitable match, S For Shaadi may display your profile on other community-based websites or platforms owned by Roald Software Solutions Private Limited.

B. If, at any time, it is found (or reported by a third party) that the information provided by you — including photos — is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, S For Shaadi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and deny further access to the platform.

C. S For Shaadi may block or reject registration if incorrect or irrelevant contact details, links, or erroneous data are submitted during profile creation.

D. Duplicate profiles of the same individual are not allowed. S For Shaadi has the right to suspend or terminate any such duplicate accounts without notice.

E. By registering on S For Shaadi, you confirm that your intention is genuine and specifically for the purpose of seeking a lawful marriage.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your S For Shaadi account credentials, including your User ID, password, OTPs, and any other login information. You must take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account, whether through your computer, mobile device, or any other means.

S For Shaadi or Roald Software Solutions Private Limited will never request your password via phone, email, or any other communication channel. You should not share your password or other sensitive login details with anyone.

By using the platform, you agree that you are fully responsible for all activities and actions that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use or security breach, you must notify S For Shaadi immediately to protect your account and personal information.

4. Role and Responsibilities of S For Shaadi

A. When you register on the S For Shaadi website or app, your provided details are displayed on the platform “as submitted” by you. Your profile may also be shared with other registered members across platforms operated by Roald Software Solutions Private Limited to help improve matchmaking results.

B. S For Shaadi’s primary role is to provide a digital platform where registered users can independently search for potential matches based on their preferences. We do not provide matchmaking assistance or guarantee matches.

C. Profile suggestions and search results are automatically generated based on the preferences set by each user. If you update or change your preferences, the system-generated matches will automatically update accordingly.

D. Other members may send you interests or communication requests based on their own preferences. You have full control to accept, ignore, or decline such requests as you choose.

E. S For Shaadi cannot guarantee any specific outcome or success in finding a life partner through the platform. We also do not make assurances regarding information or profiles displayed on this or other community-based matrimonial websites owned by Roald Software Solutions Private Limited.

F. We implement industry-standard security measures, including authentication protocols, access controls, and encryption techniques, to protect your personal information.

G. While we strive to safeguard your data, we cannot guarantee complete protection of information during transmission over the internet or prevent unauthorized tampering by malicious third parties before it reaches our servers.

H. S For Shaadi does not independently verify or endorse the authenticity of any user profile. It is the sole responsibility of each user to verify the accuracy and reliability of information provided by other members before making any decisions.

5. Role and Responsibilities of S For Shaadi Users

A. You are responsible for safeguarding your account by creating a strong password that includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols during registration.

B. Any information or data requested by S For Shaadi for improving your matchmaking experience must be provided accurately and promptly when requested.

C. It is your responsibility to verify the authenticity of prospective matches. This includes confirming details such as marital status, educational background, financial standing, occupation, character, and health information before making any decisions. S For Shaadi is not responsible for any misrepresentation made by other users.

D. You are required to validate the credentials of prospects, including during video calls. S For Shaadi is not liable for any misbehavior or false statements made by other users during interactions.

E. To maintain accuracy, you are expected to upload a recent photograph (not older than 3 months). Using outdated or misleading photos, or photos of other individuals, violates these Terms and may result in suspension of your account.

F. You are expected to disclose any significant health conditions or physical disabilities while creating your profile. Failure to disclose such information will be considered a violation of these Terms and may lead to account suspension.

G. Users must refrain from the following activities:

i.Engaging in or requesting financial transactions with other users

ii.Using abusive, discriminatory, or offensive language during communication

iii.Sharing confidential or sensitive information (such as bank details) with other users

iv.Engaging in any form of physical relationship before marriage

v.Violating any applicable laws while using the platform

vi.Mentioning or promoting other matrimonial services in messages sent via S For Shaadi

H. Be cautious of users who request favors or money, use multiple phone numbers to contact you, avoid video calls or in-person meetings, or do not involve family or friends in matchmaking discussions. Suspicious behavior should be reported immediately.

I. For effective search results and matchmaking, it is recommended that you log in regularly, review connection requests from other users, and respond appropriately to show your interest.

J. While using the website or app, you agree to follow all platform rules and guidelines, including those related to features such as chat, viewing horoscopes, adjusting privacy settings (for photos, horoscope, phone number), or viewing social and professional profiles of other users.

K. You must update your profile promptly whenever there are changes to your personal information. Failure to do so may result in suspension of your account at S For Shaadi’s discretion.

L. Once your marriage is finalized, you should delete your profile yourself or notify S For Shaadi to remove it from the platform.

M. Users are expected to access the platform using secure devices, software, and networks, preferably from private and safe environments.

N. The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or programs to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.

O. You must not attempt to scan, test, or exploit any vulnerabilities of the platform or bypass its security measures.

P. Payments should only be made directly to official S For Shaadi accounts. No payments should be made to employees or third parties claiming to represent S For Shaadi.

Q. Any complaints or grievances should be addressed directly to Roald Software Solutions Private Limited through official support channels. Publicly airing grievances on social media is discouraged, as it may not lead to effective resolution.

6. Customer Care / Customer Service

If you encounter any issues, have questions, or wish to share feedback regarding our services, you can easily reach out to us through the following channels:

Alternatively, you can also raise a support ticket directly through the Help section available in the S For Shaadi mobile application. Our customer support team will promptly review and respond to your request to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.

7. Communication with S For Shaadi Users

A. By using S For Shaadi, you consent to receive communications related to your account, profile matches, service updates, and other notifications via email, phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, or other electronic means from Roald Software Solutions Private Limited, its affiliated platforms, or trusted partners. Promotional messages may also be sent periodically to keep you informed about relevant services and offers.

B. Our automated system may send you potential match suggestions through images, messages, links, or documents. By providing your mobile number (or alternative number), you confirm that it is not registered under Do Not Disturb (DND) or National Customer Preference Register (NCPR) for blocking commercial communications.

Even if your number is registered under DND/NCPR, you agree that communications from S For Shaadi (for matchmaking and service-related purposes) shall not be treated as unsolicited or promotional calls.

8. Confidentiality

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas that you provide to S For Shaadi will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By submitting feedback, you acknowledge and agree that:

A.The feedback does not contain any confidential or proprietary information belonging to you or any third party.

B.S For Shaadi is under no obligation to maintain confidentiality regarding the submitted feedback.

C.S For Shaadi is free to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute the feedback for any purpose without restriction.

D.You will not be entitled to any compensation, payment, or reimbursement for the submitted feedback under any circumstances.

9. Privacy

To protect your privacy and understand how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which governs your use of S For Shaadi and other related platforms owned by Roald Software Solutions Private Limited.

All personal information and data you provide while using S For Shaadi will be treated securely, in accordance with our Privacy Policy, applicable data protection laws, and regulations.

If you do not agree with the transfer, collection, or use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, we recommend that you discontinue using our platform.

10. Grievance Cell

If you believe that another user has violated our Terms of Service or engaged in prohibited activities—such as posting obscene, offensive, harmful, or illegal content; infringing intellectual property rights; impersonating others; or violating applicable laws—you may file a grievance with us.

You can submit your concerns in writing or via email (digitally signed) to our designated Grievance Officer:

The Grievance Officer is available Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (excluding Sundays and public holidays in India), and has been appointed in accordance with Rule 3 (11) of The Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

All complaints must be submitted in writing and should include sufficient details to help us investigate and take appropriate action.

The Grievance Officer handles reports of violations involving content or activities that:

A. Belong to another person without proper authorization for use

B. Are obscene, pornographic, harmful to minors, invasive of privacy, harassing or insulting on the basis of gender, racially or ethnically objectionable, encourage money laundering or gambling, or incite violence or hostility based on religion or caste

C. Are harmful or dangerous to children

D. Infringe on any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights

E. Mislead recipients by disguising the origin of messages, or knowingly spread false or misleading information

F. Impersonate another person or entity

G. Threaten India’s unity, integrity, defense, security, sovereignty, or public order; harm relations with foreign states; or incite the commission of offenses

H. Contain malware, viruses, or code intended to disrupt or damage computer resources

I. Violate any applicable law in force

We are committed to addressing legitimate grievances promptly and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

11. Disputes Between Users

A. All communications and interactions (via email, chat, phone, WhatsApp, or any other medium) between users of S For Shaadi are conducted solely at their own discretion and risk. Roald Software Solutions Private Limited (S For Shaadi) does not take responsibility or liability for any discussions, exchange of information, or financial transactions that occur directly between users on or outside the platform.

B. S For Shaadi is not obligated to monitor, mediate, or resolve disputes that may arise between users. Any disagreements, misunderstandings, or conflicts must be resolved privately between the involved parties without involving S For Shaadi as a mediator or legal party.

C. S For Shaadi is not a broker, representative, or agent for any user. The platform solely provides a matchmaking service that allows individuals to connect. We do not participate in, influence, or take responsibility for the outcome of conversations, decisions, or arrangements made between users.

12. Content Rights

A. All content, features, and functionality available on S For Shaadi—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and other platform elements—are the exclusive property of Roald Software Solutions Private Limited. This excludes any user-generated content or third-party content, such as advertisements, for which S For Shaadi has the necessary licenses and rights to display.

B. You are solely responsible for any content you upload or provide on the platform. This includes profile information, photographs, and any other materials you submit or share with other users. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to such content or have obtained all necessary permissions to use and share it.

By providing content to S For Shaadi, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and publish your content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the platform. We may also disclose your content to law enforcement agencies or courts when legally required.

C. While S For Shaadi does not actively monitor all user-generated content, we reserve the right to review and remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account (without a refund). In certain cases, communication features between specific users may be restricted for safety and compliance reasons.

D. Roald Software Solutions Private Limited retains all rights to protect its proprietary content and intellectual property. Any unauthorized copying, modification, publication, transmission, distribution, display, or sale of proprietary information or platform elements for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against such infringements.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services

A. You acknowledge and agree that S For Shaadi may display third-party advertisements on its website or mobile application. The content and nature of these third-party advertisements are not controlled or endorsed by S For Shaadi. Links to third-party websites or services provided on the platform are governed solely by the terms of use and privacy policies of those third parties. In case of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a third-party site, the third party’s terms will prevail. Clicking on such links is done at your own risk, and S For Shaadi is not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.

B. S For Shaadi may enable third-party service providers (e.g., horoscope matching services) to offer additional features to users. While payments for such services may be collected by S For Shaadi and shared with these third-party providers under revenue-sharing arrangements, S For Shaadi is not responsible or liable for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of these third-party services.

C. S For Shaadi reserves the right to modify, suspend, add, or remove any features or services offered on the platform at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Users are encouraged to regularly review updates and changes posted on the website or mobile app.

14. Limitation of Liability

A. Under no circumstances shall Roald Software Solutions Private Limited, S For Shaadi, or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be held liable to you, your authorized representatives, registrants, or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages of any nature. This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from the use or inability to use our website, mobile application, third-party websites, or services provided through S For Shaadi.

B. The exchange or display of profiles on S For Shaadi does not constitute a matrimonial offer, guarantee, recommendation, or advice from the company. We do not assure the accuracy, suitability, or success of any match resulting from the use of our platform.

C. Regardless of the cause or form of action, the total liability of S For Shaadi to you will not exceed the amount (if any) paid specifically for connecting with a particular user profile. Beyond this, no additional claims for compensation or damages will be entertained.

15. No Liability for Match Availability

Roald Software Solutions Private Limited (S For Shaadi) shall not be held responsible for any unsuccessful or unsuitable match resulting from the unavailability of profiles on S For Shaadi or other matrimonial platforms owned by the company.

16. No Liability for Financial Transactions

S For Shaadi and its representatives will not be liable for any financial transactions or monetary exchanges made between users or with third parties. Users are solely responsible for verifying and safeguarding their interests before engaging in any such transactions.

17. No Liability for Non-Responses

S For Shaadi will not be held responsible if other users do not respond to, acknowledge, or reciprocate communication or matrimonial proposals initiated by you. User interactions and responses are solely at the discretion of each individual member.

18. Class Action Waiver

By using S For Shaadi, you agree not to initiate or participate in any class action lawsuits, class arbitration, or collective legal proceedings against S For Shaadi in connection with any disputes. Any disputes must be resolved on an individual basis as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

19. False Complaints and Legal Action

If you submit a false, misleading, or malicious complaint that results in the suspension or deletion of another user’s profile, S For Shaadi reserves the right to:

A.Initiate civil or criminal legal action against you

B.Seek recovery of costs and damages incurred by the company

C.Suspend or delete your account without refund of any fees paid for individual profile connections

20. Content Moderation and Account Suspension

S For Shaadi retains the right to remove or block any user content or profile listing if:

A.Consent for sharing the information cannot be verified

B.The information appears to be false, unlawful, or misleading

C.The content is obscene, defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, vulgar, discriminatory, pornographic, or promotes illegal activities

D.The profile or behavior threatens the safety of users, employees, or the platform’s integrity

Additionally, users who misuse the messaging system or attempt to solicit or direct users to other matrimonial services may have their accounts suspended or permanently deleted at S For Shaadi’s discretion.

21. Paid Connection Expiry

Once you have paid to access the contact information of a specific profile, you must use that access within the allotted time frame provided. After the access period expires, you will not be able to view or retrieve the contact information again without making a new payment for that profile. Any unused calls or messages related to that connection will also expire.

22. Renewal of Profile Connection

If you wish to reconnect or continue communication with the same user after the access period expires, you may make a new payment. Upon doing so, you will regain access to the profile’s contact details from the new date of purchase.

23. Conflict of Terms

In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions of the S For Shaadi Website/App and those of any other website (including other platforms owned by Roald Software Solutions Private Limited), the Terms and Conditions of the S For Shaadi Website/App shall take precedence for services provided through this platform.

24. Disclaimer

A. Your access to and use of S For Shaadi’s services is entirely at your own risk. The services and all related content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, S For Shaadi disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our Website, App, servers, or emails sent from S For Shaadi are free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

B. S For Shaadi does not guarantee or promise that registering on our platform or paying for contact access will result in a successful marriage or alliance.

C. Without limiting the generality of the above, S For Shaadi shall not be held responsible or liable for:

i. Any act, omission, or issue arising from third-party services (including payment gateways or alliance partners).

ii. Any incorrect or misleading information submitted by you or on your behalf.

iii. Any decisions made by you or on your behalf based on information from other users.

iv. Any unauthorized or illegal activity by a third party involving your data.

v. Any cybercrimes or security breaches caused by external actors.

vi. Any events of force majeure or "acts of God" beyond our control.

vii. Any issues already covered under the Limitation of Liability clause.

viii. Any use of third-party services (e.g., horoscope matching) accessed through our platform.

ix. Any outcomes or disputes arising from communication or interactions (e.g., messages, calls, social media interactions).

x. Any technical malfunctions, network failures, or other system errors.

D. You acknowledge that your use of our Website and App is at your sole risk.

E. S For Shaadi is not responsible for any damage, alteration, or loss affecting your device or equipment (including mobile phones, computers, or tablets) that results from installing or using our App.

25. Indemnity

By using S For Shaadi’s services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roald Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

i.Your misuse or abuse of S For Shaadi services

ii.Your violation of these Terms and Conditions

iii.Any third-party claims or disputes resulting from your actions on the platform

This indemnity obligation will survive indefinitely, even after you stop using our services.

26. Termination

A. S For Shaadi reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete your profile without prior notice if you:

i. Request financial or physical favors from other users

ii. Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information

iii. Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities

iv. Violate these Terms and Conditions

v. Create fake or impersonated profiles using another person’s details or photos without consent

vi. Behave inappropriately or harass other users or employees

B. If a complaint is received against you and, in good faith, we decide to suspend or remove your profile, S For Shaadi shall not be liable for any resulting loss or damages.

C. Upon termination or suspension, your right to access and use S For Shaadi’s services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination (including disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) will remain in effect even after account closure.

27. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

A. All services provided by S For Shaadi are deemed to be performed and delivered within the territorial jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

B. By using our platform, you agree that any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or related to these Terms, the use of S For Shaadi services, or any transactions conducted through the platform shall be governed by the laws of India.

C. You further agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India for resolving any such disputes.

28. Mode of Payment

A. Payments for accessing contact information or other paid features on S For Shaadi can be made through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, RTGS, NEFT, or other available digital payment methods, in accordance with prevailing RBI guidelines.

B. Activation of paid features will occur only upon successful payment confirmation. In case of failed or dishonored payments, your access to the paid feature may be temporarily suspended until full settlement is made.

C. S For Shaadi uses secure third-party payment gateways to process transactions. By making a payment, you authorize these gateways to process your information securely for the purpose of completing your transaction.

29. Refunds and Transfer of Payments

A. Payments made to S For Shaadi for unlocking or connecting with a specific user are non-refundable, even if the contacted user does not respond or engage further.

B. Any amount paid for a specific profile connection cannot be transferred to another user account, nor can it be adjusted against future services or features.

C. You are solely responsible for reviewing the service details before making a payment, as no refunds or reassignments will be processed after payment confirmation.

30. Additional Terms for Non-Resident Indian (NRI) Users

A. Applicable Law

All services provided to Non-Resident Indian (NRI) users are governed by the laws of India.

B. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

We encourage users to first attempt to resolve any concerns or disputes through amicable discussions with our support team. If a dispute remains unresolved for 30 (thirty) days from the date it arises, it shall be settled through individual arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

i.The arbitration will be conducted by a sole arbitrator, appointed by S For Shaadi.

ii.The seat and venue of arbitration will be Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

iii.The language of arbitration will be English.

C. Intellectual Property Rights

Disputes or claims related to the infringement of our intellectual property rights may, at our discretion, be addressed through alternative legal remedies instead of arbitration.

D. Pricing and Renewal

If an NRI user renews access to paid services or specific user connections, charges will be based on the prevailing rates at the time of renewal. Renewals will typically be granted for a fixed 3-month duration, regardless of previous purchase terms.

E. Enforcement of Arbitration

Any action to enforce this arbitration agreement or to seek judicial support for arbitration proceedings shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

31. Acceptance and Roles & Responsibilities

A. Acceptance Criteria

In the context of S For Shaadi, a user’s acceptance is considered in the following scenarios:

1.When you view another user’s contact information and proceed to reach out via call or WhatsApp message.

2.When another user expresses interest in your profile, and you respond positively.

3.When another user sends you a message, and you accept or reply to it.

4.When you send a message to another user, and they accept or respond.

5.When another user has viewed your contact information.

Roles and Responsibilities of S For Shaadi

1.Profile Registration Support – S For Shaadi’s primary role is to assist customers in registering their profiles on the website/app. Post-registration, the terms and conditions within the platform govern the relationship between users and S For Shaadi.

2.Data Protection – We take reasonable measures to protect sensitive user information through authentication mechanisms, access controls, and encryption.

3.Data in Transit – While we use secure standards, we cannot guarantee complete protection of user data during transmission or prevent third-party tampering before it reaches our servers.

4.Service Delays – S For Shaadi is not responsible for delays or disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including Force Majeure events.

5.Payment Policy – We are not liable for any direct financial transactions between customers and our representatives. All payments must be made only to the official account of Roald Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Roles and Responsibilities of Customers

2.Respectful Conduct – Customers are expected to treat all service agents and staff with courtesy and respect. S For Shaadi reserves the right to restrict or revoke access to services if a customer behaves in an abusive, disrespectful, unlawful, or inappropriate manner.

3.Payment Compliance – Customers must not make any direct financial transactions with representatives of Roald Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. or S For Shaadi. All payments must be processed through official channels only.

If you do not agree to the transfer, storage, or use of your information as described, we kindly request that you refrain from using the S For Shaadi website or application.

Complaints

If you have any complaints or disputes regarding our services, you may contact our Grievance Officer or Customer Support Team through the following channels:

Our Grievance Officer is available from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST), excluding Sundays and public holidays. The Grievance Officer is appointed in compliance with Rule 3(11) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011.

Indemnity

By using S For Shaadi’s services, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless S For Shaadi, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from:

i.Any misuse of the platform or services

ii.Any breach of these Terms and Conditions

iii.Any violation of applicable laws or third-party rights

This indemnification obligation shall survive indefinitely even after you stop using our services.

Termination

S For Shaadi reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in unlawful or inappropriate activities.

i.Upon termination, any fees or payments already made will be non-refundable.

ii.Once terminated or suspended, your access to the S For Shaadi website, app, and services will immediately cease.

iii.Certain provisions, including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity clauses, will continue to apply even after termination.

Governing Laws

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal matters or disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Arbitration of Disputes

We encourage resolving disputes amicably through informal discussions. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be referred to individual arbitration under the provisions of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

i.The arbitration will be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by us.

ii.The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

iii.The proceedings will be conducted in the English language.

iv.Matters related to intellectual property rights infringement may, at our discretion, be addressed outside arbitration through appropriate legal proceedings.
